- Experience in ITSM and hardware and software lifecycle management
- Superior troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of ElasticSearch, concepts, technologies, configuration, performance tuning
- Deep familiarity with networking concepts and technologies TCP/UDP/VLANs/VxLANs/FW tech/Proxies
Preferred Qualifications -
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps concepts
- Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Artifactory, SCM, Testing tools
- Well versed with Ansible playbooks and shell scripting
