We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chinese Chef to join our kitchen team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality Chinese dishes, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes as per the restaurant’s menu and standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portion size, and quality.
- Prepare ingredients such as sauces, marinades, vegetables, noodles, rice, and other items required for Chinese cuisine.
- Maintain proper food preparation, cooking, and storage practices.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, cooking equipment, and workstations.
- Monitor food quality and freshness of ingredients.
- Manage food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen safety procedures.
- Maintain discipline and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
