Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Quality

● Prepare and cook menu items as per our recipes, ensuring consistent taste, portioning, and presentation

● Maintain speed and accuracy during peak hours (dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders)

● Ensure all dishes meet quality standards before they leave the kitchen

Kitchen Operations

● Plan and manage daily mise-en-place and prep schedules

● Monitor raw material stock, place indents, and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking

● Control food cost, portion sizes, and minimize wastage

Hygiene & Compliance

● Follow FSSAI food safety and kitchen hygiene standards at all times

● Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, work stations, and storage areas

● Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation (FIFO) of ingredients

Team Coordination





● Coordinate with counter/service staff to ensure smooth order flow and timely delivery

● Train and guide kitchen helpers on recipes, hygiene, and SOPs

● Report stock requirements, wastage, and issues to the Outlet/Cafe Manager

Required Qualifications & Experience

● ITI/Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred; not mandatory with relevant experience

● 1–4 years of experience as a Cook/Chef in a QSR, cafe, or fast-casual kitchen

● Hands-on experience with high-volume, rapid-paced kitchen operations

● Working knowledge of FSSAI norms and kitchen hygiene practices

● Experience with egg-based/sandwich/cafe-style menus is an advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
