Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 1 to 2 years preferred; freshers with excellent communication skills can also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls and resolve queries/complaints.
- Provide basic technical support and ensure timely resolution.
- Handle customer escalations professionally.
