Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chinese Chef with strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality Chinese dishes while maintaining consistent taste, presentation, hygiene, and kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare a wide variety of Chinese dishes including noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, chilli chicken, chilli paneer, Schezwan dishes, soups, starters, gravies and stir-fried items.
- Handle wok cooking and Chinese cooking techniques efficiently.
- Prepare sauces, marinades, vegetables, noodles, rice and other ingredients required for daily operations.
- Complete daily mise-en-place before service.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, portion size and presentation.
- Ensure orders are prepared accurately and within required service time.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, kitchen and equipment.
- Follow food-safety, storage and handling procedures.
- Monitor ingredient usage and minimize food wastage.
- Check the freshness and quality of raw materials.
- Coordinate with kitchen helpers, commis chefs and other kitchen staff.
- Maintain adequate stock of ingredients and report shortages to management.




- Work efficiently during busy service hours and maintain kitchen discipline.
- Follow restaurant/hotel recipes, SOPs and management instructions.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Chinese Chef preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Good knowledge of Chinese sauces, gravies and seasonings.
- Expertise in wok cooking and high-volume kitchen operations.
- Ability to maintain consistent taste and quality.
- Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food-safety practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage busy service periods.
- Good teamwork, discipline and communication skills.
- Hotel, restaurant or catering experience preferred.

Qualification
- Culinary/Hospitality qualification preferred but relevant practical experience may be considered.

Working Conditions
- Full time, on-site position.
- Flexible/rotational shifts may be required.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
