- Leadership

- Define and execute the company’s long-term technology vision and roadmap.

- Align technology initiatives with business objectives and product strategy.

- Lead innovation across AI, machine learning, automation, analytics, and cloud technologies.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for competitive advantage. Engineering &
- Architecture

- Oversee the design, development, scalability, and reliability of the Xebo.ai platform.

- Drive architectural decisions for scalable and secure enterprise SaaS applications.

- Ensure high system availability, performance optimization, and platform security.

- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes.

- Lead cloud infrastructure strategy, DevOps, CI/CD, and platform modernization initiatives. AI &

- Product Innovation

- Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, and Design teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.

- Guide the development and deployment of AI/ML models and intelligent automation capabilities.

- Drive innovation in Generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics, and customer experience technologies.

- Ensure scalability and responsible AI implementation practices. Team Leadership &

- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering and technology teams.

- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

- Hire and develop top engineering talent across backend, frontend, DevOps, QA, and AI functions.

- Governance

- Ensure platform compliance with enterprise security and data privacy standards.

- Oversee cybersecurity, risk management, and disaster recovery planning.

- Implement governance frameworks for technology operations and scalability.

- Manage vendor relationships, infrastructure costs, and technology budgeting. Cross-Functional &

- Customer Impact

- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to understand critical customer/technical issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Represent technology to customers, prospects, and partners during enterprise deals, RFPs, and security reviews.

- Act as a key member of the leadership team driving Xebo.ai's next phase of growth across India, UAE/GCC, and North America.

Required

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field from tier-1 institute

- 12 years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership.

- Proven experience in a CTO, VP Engineering, or senior technology leadership role.

- Experience in Series A funded companies in leadership role.

- Proven experience in Technology companies will be preferred

- Strong experience building and scaling B2B SaaS platforms.

- Experience with AI/ML technologies, analytics platforms,



and data-driven products.

- Entrepreneurial mindset to innovate and lead the technology and product vertical

- Strong knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, databases, and DevOps.

- Experience managing engineering teams in fast-paced startup or growth-stage environments.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in organizational data synthesis, journey orchestration, or analytics platforms.

- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, conversational AI, and intelligent automation.
