Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Sales Officer at BESTBOOKING Vietnam.

The Chief Sales

Officer will lead the overall sales strategy, set revenue goals, and drive business growth across airline tickets, tours, hotels, travel combos, and cruise products. Daily responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, managing and mentoring sales teams, reviewing performance metrics, and optimizing sales processes and tools. The role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align go-to-market efforts, improve customer conversion, and strengthen partner relationships.

Officer will also design and deliver sales training programs, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in Sales Operations and Team Management, including process optimization, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- Proven ability to design and implement Training programs to develop and upskill sales professionals.
- Solid leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, preferably with experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
- Comfort with using CRM platforms, data analytics tools, and digital collaboration systems to manage distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
