A Chief Safety and Health Manager leads an organization's safety strategy, sets health policies, and ensures full compliance with local and national labor and environmental laws. This executive-level role minimizes workplace risks, builds a proactive safety culture, and oversees incident investigations to achieve a zero-harm work setting.

Minimum 15 years total experience and 5-year experience in the role of Chief Safety and Health Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Policy & Strategy: Design and execute organization-wide health and safety frameworks, aligning them with business goals.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain full adherence to statutory legislation (such as factory acts and labor standards) and manage audits.
- Risk Management: Lead Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (HIRA) and execute preventive safety control systems.
- Incident Investigation: Direct root-cause analyses for accidents, injuries, or near-misses and enforce corrective measures.
- Training & Culture: Drive safety awareness campaigns, emergency mock drills, and leadership accountability across all levels.
