Role : Chief Project Director- Civil (General Management Services for railway projects) Responsibilities

- Act as nominated Authority Engineer for assigned EPC projects
- Perform all duties of Authority Engineer under the EPC Agreement, including review of drawings, Quality Assurance Plans, methodology, progress reports, inspections, and determination of Time Extensions / additional costs etc
- Develop and maintain Baseline Schedule & Budget, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Master Schedule, Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), and cash-flow projections.
- Oversee Schedule Management, Cost Management, Document Control, Technical Audit & Quality Control (Civil/Structural), Risk Management, Scope & Change Management.
- Conduct design review & coordination, site inspections, safety oversight etc
- Coordinate interfaces, ensure compliance with safety, quality, workplace, and contractual obligations; minimise claims and disputes.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly,



and quarterly reports; participate in review meetings.

Qualifications & Experience Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, including Railway/Highway projects, with at least 10 years in Railway/Linear projects and at least 3 years as Chief/Senior Project Director or equivalent. OR

Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, including Railway/Highway projects with at least 5 years’ experience in Selection Administrative Grade or above in Civil Engineering, or at least 7 years’ service in Selection Grade or above in Civil Engineering Department (or equivalent) in Indian Railways / Public Sector organisations in railways can be considered
