What You Will Own:

- Full P&L; accountability and ARR scaling across Direct Enterprise, Partner Reseller, and White-Label networks.

- Building and mentoring a world-class sales, enablement, and operations team.

- Institutionalizing GTM strategies, enterprise governance, and scalable delivery pipelines.

What We Are Looking For:

- 10–15+ years of proven operational & commercial leadership (VP Sales,



Business Head, or COO) in B2B SaaS, Cloud Telephony/CPaaS, or Enterprise Tech.

- Track record of scaling revenue from early traction to ₹50Cr+ ARR.

- Executive presence with deep networks among Founders, CXOs, and industry leaders.
