Opening with a leading Real Estate company for their office in Mumbai

Role: Chief of staff (MBA Tier Collages)

Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Role & responsibilities :

1. Strategic Planning & Business Execution

- Partner with the MD/CEO/Promoter on strategic planning, business reviews, and key organizational priorities.
- Translate leadership vision into actionable business plans and measurable initiatives.
- Drive execution of strategic projects across development, sales, marketing, finance, construction, procurement, and operations.
- Monitor progress against strategic objectives and highlight critical gaps and risks to leadership.
- Support evaluation of new business opportunities, markets, projects, and strategic partnerships.

2. CEO/MD Office & Leadership Support

- Serve as the central point of coordination between the leadership team and business functions.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, MIS, dashboards, and briefing notes for management meetings.
- Participate in leadership reviews and ensure timely closure of action items.




- Track decisions taken by the MD/CEO and ensure accountability across stakeholders.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support leadership decision-making.

3. Special Projects

- Lead high-impact strategic and transformation projects identified by the MD/CEO.
- Conduct business research, market analysis, benchmarking, and competitor analysis.
- Support M&A;, JVs, land transactions, fundraising, new market entry, or other strategic initiatives as required.
- Prepare business cases, financial analyses, and presentations for strategic decisions.

Candidate Profile

- 3 to 7 years of overall experience, preferably with significant exposure to the real estate/development sector.
- MBA/PGDM from a reputed Tier-1/Tier-2 B-school preferred.
- Experience working directly with a Promoter, Founder, MD, CEO, or Business Head will be highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of the real estate development lifecycle.
