We are looking for a strategically sharp, emotionally mature professional to support the next phase of growth for the Indian operations of an established European multinational.

The role calls for close collaboration with senior leadership and the Board, building on a solid foundation while strengthening alignment, execution and organisational capability.

What we are looking for:

- Strategic clarity and future-focused thinking, translating business priorities into action.
- Exposure to Mining and Earth Moving Business
- Strong Board alignment, with the ability to anticipate leadership questions and respond with sound judgement.
- Cultural sensitivity to work effectively across Indian and European business environments.
- Credible people leadership—bringing existing and new team members together and resolving internal challenges independently.




- Cross-functional decision-making that balances growth, people and operational priorities.
- The ability to lead change and scale the business while preserving trust and organisational stability.
- A strong commitment to governance, respecting the independence of Finance and HR.
- Preferably a sales leader with CXO level exposure
- Engineer in Mechanical / Mining Engineering

Experience working closely with senior leadership in a multinational environment and navigating complex stakeholder relationships would be valuable.
