Chief Medical Officer (CMO) –

Position: Chief Medical Officer (CMO)

Location: Nashik

Department: Medical / Clinical Operations

Reports to: Management / Medical Director

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and supervise all clinical and medical operations of the hospital.
- Ensure quality and safety standards across medical services.
- Guide and monitor doctors, medical staff, and clinical teams.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, statutory requirements, and hospital policies.
- Review clinical protocols, SOPs, and medical documentation.
- Monitor patient care, clinical outcomes, and patient safety.
- Handle and resolve clinical complaints and escalations.
- Coordinate with nursing, pharmacy, diagnostics, administration, and other departments.
- Conduct regular clinical audits and review medical indicators.
- Support accreditation, inspections,



and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper implementation of infection control and emergency protocols.
- Participate in recruitment, credentialing, and performance evaluation of medical staff.
- Provide medical guidance to management on clinical and operational matters.

Key Requirements:

- MBBS required; MD/MS/DNB preferred.
- Valid medical registration.
- Relevant experience in hospital/clinical administration.
- Knowledge of NABH and hospital quality standards.
- Solid leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience managing doctors and multidisciplinary clinical teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
