Deepstambh Foundation is seeking an experienced and mature leader to join our leadership team as Chief of Staff and work closely with the Chairman and team ensure that key decisions, priorities and organizational plans are effectively implemented across campuses.

Position: Chief of Staff

Reporting to: Chairman

Place of Posting: Pune

CTC: Upto 12 L pa (commensurate with experience and fitment)

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Founder/CEO in day-to-day strategic and operational matters.
- Track key projects, priorities and action points.
- Coordinate with department heads and ensure timely follow-up.
- Review MIS, reports and performance updates and highlight key issues.
- Conduct/follow up on management meetings and action points.
- Drive special projects and initiatives assigned by leadership.
- Identify gaps, delays and operational issues and help resolve them.
- Ensure effective communication between leadership and different teams.
- Prepare presentations, reports and management updates.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational and leadership matters.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
