- Own and continuously enhance the organisation's information and cyber security posture across all business operations.

- Lead cyber security governance, including Board and committee reporting, policy development, and regulatory compliance.

- Oversee Security Operations Centre (SOC) activities, incident response, cyber investigations, and remediation initiatives.

- Drive vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, cyber audits, threat hunting, and cyber resilience programmes.

- Secure cloud infrastructure, applications, APIs, trading platforms, and enterprise systems.

- Develop and implement zero-trust architecture, IAM/PAM frameworks, DevSecOps practices, and security monitoring capabilities.

- Manage data protection,



privacy compliance, and third-party security risk programmes.

- Serve as the primary cyber security liaison for regulators, industry bodies, and external stakeholders.
