As CGO, you will align all growth initiatives with these pillars, driving markets, current logos, strategic account expansion, pipeline development, partnerships, portfolio positioning, forecasting, and commercial conversion.

You will be supported by the C-Suite (CEO, COO, CHRO, CFO, and CEBMs) in aligning organizational vision and will collaborate closely with the CEO and CEBMs to convert opportunities into business realities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth Leadership

- Develop and execute enterprise growth strategies across Automotive, Smart Devices, IoT, Compute/XR, Robotics, and related engineering businesses.
- Identify and secure partnerships with technology providers, manufacturers, and integrators.

Business Development & Market Expansion

- Drive commercialization of IoT platforms and robotics solutions.
- Expand into new verticals such as smart homes, industrial automation, and healthcare devices.
- Build strategic roadmaps to grow existing accounts.
- Negotiate alliances, joint ventures, and licensing opportunities.
- Collaborate with CFO on pricing, margins, payment terms, and profitable growth.

Innovation & Product Alignment

- Partner with R&D; and product teams to align growth initiatives with cutting-edge technologies.
- Ensure scalability and interoperability across platforms and ecosystems.
- Own portfolio positioning, partnerships,



pipeline quality, forecasting, proposals, and commercial conversion.
- Drive growth across CWF, Projects, PODs, and differentiated engineering offerings.
- Ensure qualified pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, account growth plans, renewal visibility, and commercial handover.

Revenue & Customer Success

- Oversee sales and marketing strategies tailored to IoT, robotics, and smart device markets.
- Enhance customer acquisition, retention, and long-term engagement.

Data & Insights

- Leverage analytics to identify growth opportunities in connected devices and automation.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to anticipate market shifts.

Qualifications

- 20 years of leadership experience in business development, growth, or strategy roles.
- Proven track record in scaling IoT platforms, robotics solutions, or smart device ecosystems.
- Strong network within technology, manufacturing, and innovation communities.
- Expertise in platform development, digital transformation, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology preferred.
