Role: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Location: Barakhamba Road, Current Delhi

Industry: Manufacturing Chemical & Insulator

Experience: 15+ Years

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR / Personnel Management or equivalent

Role & Responsibilities:-

- Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead HR operations across manufacturing units and corporate office.
- Develop and strengthen HR policies, SOPs, processes and organization structure.
- Drive manpower planning, talent management, recruitment, retention and succession planning.
- Establish effective performance management(PMS), KRAs/KPIs and appraisal systems.
- Manage employee relations, industrial relations, disciplinary matters and labour compliance.
- Review compensation, salary structures and incentive plans.
- Drive employee engagement,



culture and organizational development.
- Lead, mentor and develop the HR & Administration team.

Preferred candidate profile

- 15+ years of HR experience, with strong leadership exposure.
- Mandatory experience in the Manufacturing industry.
- Strong experience in Plant HR, IR/ER, labour laws and HR operations.
- Proven experience in developing HR systems, policies and processes.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
