Qualifications

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

Required Skills

- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.

- Currently working as a Chief Financial Officer in a listed company.

- Proven experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.

- Strong expertise in financial controls, statutory compliance, taxation, audit, and corporate governance.

- Experience in Board presentations, investor relations, and stakeholder management.

- Demonstrated success in driving profitability, cash flow management, and business expansion.

- Experience leading large finance teams and implementing robust financial systems and processes.

- Solid commercial acumen with the ability to support business decisions through data-driven financial insights.
