Qualification: CA mandatory Reporting: MD / CEO Requirements Key Mandate The CFO will lead:

- Financial strategy, planning & business performance • Restaurant-level profitability & cash generation • Financial reporting, audit, taxation & treasury • Internal controls, governance & risk management • Finance systems, ERP / POS integration • Building and leading the finance function • IPO readiness, financial due diligence & capital-market preparation Ideal Profile - CA with 15–20+ years of leadership experience, preferably from:
- Restaurant / Hospitality / QSR
- Retail / FMCG / Consumer
- Multi-location businesses IPO, capital raising, due diligence or listed-company experience will be highly relevant. Must-have skills Corporate Finance, IPO, Finance Controller
