Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting & forecasting
Manage P&L;, cash flow & working capital
Oversee costing, MIS & profitability analysis
Ensure statutory compliance, taxation & audits
Drive financial controls and risk management
Partner with leadership on business strategy & expansion
Lead finance, accounts and commercial teams
Candidate Profile
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
15+ years of finance leadership experience
Strong background in manufacturing industry
Expertise in costing, budgeting, compliance & ERP systems
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
