JobType: full-time Requirements Key Responsibilities Strategic & Board Advisory Act as a trusted advisor to the Board and Promoters, driving long-term financial strategy. Lead end-to-end IPO readiness, managing merchant bankers, investors, and regulatory stakeholders. Drive investor relations with transparent and strategic communication.

Financial

Leadership & Business Expansion Oversee bullion financing (GML) and hedging strategies to manage price volatility. Develop financial models for retail expansion, ensuring capital efficiency and strong ROI. Optimize margins, cost structures, and supply chain efficiencies.

Governance, Risk & Compliance Ensure compliance with public listing regulations (SEBI, LODR, etc.). Strengthen internal controls, financial reporting, and risk mitigation frameworks. Develop contingency plans to address macroeconomic and industry risks.





Leadership & Transformation Build and mentor a high-performing finance team. Lead the transition from a privately held organization to a disciplined listed entity. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and performance excellence.

Ideal Profile

Proven long-term stability with significant leadership tenure. Robust boardroom presence and experience engaging with Directors and investors. Resilient, strategic thinker with the ability to drive transformation. High integrity and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Experience Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a senior finance leadership/CFO role within a listed company.

Experience in IPO execution and post-listing compliance. Prior experience in Gems & Jewellery or Luxury Retail preferred. Good-to-have skills Finance, Accounts, IPO Exposure
