Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's financial strategy, planning, controls, governance, and commercial operations.

The CFO will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to ensure financial stability, profitability, compliance, effective resource management, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the company's overall financial strategy.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, profitability, working capital, and financial performance.
- Prepare and present financial reports, MIS, and business insights to the management and Board.




- Establish and strengthen financial controls, processes, and reporting systems.
- Ensure statutory, taxation, accounting, audit, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Support commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, contracts, and major business decisions.
- Evaluate investments, expansion plans, and strategic business initiatives.
- Identify financial and business risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Monitor project profitability, service margins, receivables, and revenue realization.
- Work closely with sales and delivery teams to evaluate commercial aspects of client engagements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support the CEO and leadership team in strategic decisions.
