CEO / Business Head – D2C & E-commerce

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: 12–22 Years

CTC: Up to ₹80 LPA

Education: Premier B-School preferred

We are looking for a CEO / Business Head to lead the growth and scale-up of a high-growth D2C / Marketplace / E-commerce startup. The ideal leader will have a strong track record of driving revenue growth, building monetisation models and scaling digital commerce businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the overall P&L;, revenue growth, profitability and business strategy.
- Drive GMV, revenue, customer acquisition, retention and monetization across D2C and marketplace channels.
- Build and execute the roadmap for 0→1 and 1→10 business growth.
- Identify current revenue streams, monetisation opportunities, partnerships and customer segments.
- Optimise key ecommerce metrics including CAC, AOV, conversion, repeat rate, LTV, ROAS and contribution margins.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Growth, Marketing, Ecommerce, Product, Technology, Category, Operations and Customer Experience.
- Develop a scalable organisation and build high-performing leadership teams.
- Work closely with founders/investors on strategy, fundraising, business planning and long-term growth.




- Bring a strong entrepreneurial and owner’s mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment.

Ideal Candidate
- 12–22 years of experience, with substantial experience in D2C, Ecommerce, Marketplace or Consumer Internet businesses. strong foundation in Marketing / Brand / Digital.
- Proven experience of building or scaling a D2C / e-commerce business.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue and monetisation for an ecommerce/D2C platform.
- Strong commercial and P&L; ownership with demonstrated business growth.
- Experience in Fashion / Lifestyle / Consumer / Retail Ecommerce will be highly relevant.
- Should have successfully built or scaled a digital business rather than having only a functional digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of D2C economics, marketplaces, digital acquisition, customer lifecycle and monetisation.
- Premier B-School preferred.
