Role & responsibilities To strategies and increase revenue, profit and EBITA Margins.
1. To bring and recruit good profile consultants and arrange for positive paying corporate tieups for relationship building to enhance revenue and growth
2. To conduct monthly assessments (KPIs) for all departments (clinical and non clinical) to increase the performance and decrease unnecessary cost.
3. Forecasting and budgeting (financial, branding, clinical)
4. Monitor and control overall operations,
5. Monitor attendance, discipline and adherence to hospital protocols by all employees
6. Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of the quality standards as per NABH
7. To maintain very high patient satisfaction scores and reviews
8. Liasoning with Government officials and legal officials as and when require
