Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide overall strategic and operational leadership for Shivas Restaurant in an on-site, full-time role based in Shirpur.

Responsibilities include setting the long-term vision, defining business goals, and overseeing financial performance, sales growth, and operational efficiency. The CEO will guide and mentor the management team, ensure consistent service standards, and create policies that support profitability and customer satisfaction. This position involves analyzing market trends, developing business plans, managing budgets, and driving initiatives to enhance brand reputation.





The CEO will also represent the restaurant with key stakeholders, partners, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with company values.

Qualifications

- Strong Finance and budgeting skills, including experience with P&L; management and cost control.

- Proven expertise in Operations Management and restaurant or hospitality leadership.

- Experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning, with the ability to set and execute long-term goals.

- Demonstrated Sales and revenue growth capabilities, including customer acquisition and retention strategies.

- Excellent leadership, team management, and people development skills.

- Ability to make data-driven decisions and analyze performance metrics.

- Solid communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.

- Prior experience as a senior executive or general manager in the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly beneficial.
