Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for setting the strategic vision and overseeing the overall performance of Intorque. The CEO will lead business planning, define growth priorities, and ensure alignment between creative output and commercial goals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key client relationships, guiding senior leaders across creative, operations, and finance, and making decisions on resource allocation and partnerships. The CEO will monitor financial health, develop current business opportunities, and represent the company in external meetings, pitches, and industry forums. The role also includes building an inclusive, high-performance culture,



establishing clear goals and metrics, and ensuring smooth administrative and operational workflows across the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to present complex ideas in an accessible way.
- Experience with Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including organizing workflows, overseeing documentation, and maintaining efficient remote operations.
- Customer Service orientation, with a track record of nurturing client relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Foundational Accounting knowledge, with the ability to interpret financial reports, manage budgets, and make informed decisions about investments and cost control.
- Proven executive leadership experience in creative, digital, or technology-focused environments, ideally with exposure to premium or perception-driven brands.
- Demonstrated strategic planning and business development skills, including setting long-term goals and identifying new market opportunities.
- Ability to lead diverse remote teams, foster collaboration, and build an inclusive, non-discriminatory workplace culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree or equivalent executive experience is beneficial.
