Job Purpose

- Ensure Completion of Project within Scheduled Time and Cost.
- Adhere and enhance Safety and Quality Standards.
- Organise and Provide required Drawings, Schedules, Material Requirements, Facilitate Approval of Finishes Materials and any other resources required for Project.
- Conduct Design Coordination and Progress Review meeting periodically
- Optimise Cost by Value Engineering, Enhance Safety and Quality Standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Must be able to handle about 4 Projects concurrently.
- Get the Project Execution Schedule aligned to the for Time and Cost to meet the Project Target completion.
- Ensure Zero Accident during Execution.
- Responsible for Execution Quality and enhance Product Quality.
- Ensure all pre-construction requirements are in place before start of construction.
- Coordinate to get all GFCs are available before commencement of work.
- Organise to provide the required resources well ahead of time.
- To ensure the Planned resources are reaching to the Project on time.
- Schedule & Review the Project Progress weekly
- Conduct Design Review and Progress review periodically to avoid surprises.
- Provide feedback and initiate actions to overcome the gaps on resources.
- Keep exploring options for value engineering.
- Record and implement Lessons Learnt from handed Over Projects, map the scope for improvement and communicate to Design.




- Co-ordinate and Expedite in obtaining all required completion requirements such as Fire Compliances, CC, CEIG and Lift inspection.
- Keep observing the Industry Good Practices and update our Designs.
- Explore new Products and help in improving Product Specifications.
- Evaluate Vendors, Contractors and Consultant and provide feed back periodically.
- Provide review of Project Status weekly to the Management.

Qualifications

- B E or B Tech on Civil Engg..from a Reputed College / Institution,
- Essential - Software Knowledge MS Projects, MS Office and Power Point Presentation
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, Experience.

Desirable: AUTO CAD, MS Projects.

Experience :

- 15 - 20 years of experience in Project Execution
- Out of which atleast 7 Years on Residential Projects.
- Should Have experience on Scheduling and Monitoring using Planning Tools

Requires experience on Project Cost Monitoring and preparation of MIS

Specific Experience Requirements:

- Sourcing Labourers
- Productivity norms and Labour Rates of various items of Residential Works
- Valuable of Communication Skill and Presentation Skill
- Prepare and Track the Project Schedule using Software
- Able to conduct Structured Design review and Progress review
- Coordinate between Project and Architects , Consultants, Sales, Procurement Finance to meet the Project Requirements.

Minimum of 5 + Years of Experience with Real Estate Firm
