Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role at DHYBRID Power Systems GmbH is a full-time, remote position responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall operational oversight. The CEO will define and implement long-term business strategies, drive growth in global markets, and ensure alignment with the company’s vision for sustainable energy solutions.

Daily responsibilities include leading the executive team, overseeing financial performance, managing key partnerships, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. The CEO will represent the company to stakeholders, investors, and customers, while ensuring strong internal communication,



sound governance, and effective resource allocation.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical and business concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to oversee corporate structures, processes, and executive workflows.
- Knowledge of Customer Service principles to champion a customer-centric culture and maintain high satisfaction across global clients.
- Solid grounding in Accounting and financial management to guide budgeting, forecasting, and sustainable growth.
- Proven leadership experience in senior executive roles, ideally within energy, technology, or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in remote, international environments and build high-performing distributed teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving organizational transformation.
- Relevant academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
