Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Chemistry Teacher based in Noida. The intern will assist in planning and delivering chemistry lessons aligned with relevant school boards and competitive exam requirements, ensuring conceptual clarity and application-based learning.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching aids, conducting classroom sessions, supporting lab activities and demonstrations, and assessing student performance through assignments, tests, and feedback.



The role also involves collaborating with senior faculty, participating in academic review meetings, and contributing to continuous improvement of teaching materials and methodologies. Interns are expected to maintain a supportive, inclusive classroom environment and engage regularly with students and guardians to share academic progress.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Chemistry Education knowledge, including relevant school curricula and basic competitive exam concepts.
- Candidates should possess Teaching and Lesson Planning skills to design and deliver structured, outcome-focused instruction.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear explanation of concepts, classroom interaction, and coordination with parents and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess foundational understanding of Physics to support integrated science learning where required.
- Relevant skills such as classroom management, student mentoring, and use of digital tools for teaching and assessment are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Sciences, or a related discipline is preferred; prior tutoring or school teaching experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Noida, adhere to institutional policies, and uphold learner-centric and inclusive teaching practices is required.
