Key Responsibilities

- Execute pilot plant and production batches as per approved procedures and batch records.

- Monitor process parameters, reactions and equipment operations during batches.

- Perform sampling and coordinate with QC for in-process and finished product analysis.

- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety and SOP requirements.

- Maintain accurate batch records, logbooks and production documentation.

- Support process troubleshooting and optimization during manufacturing.

- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Engineering and EHS teams.

- Ensure proper housekeeping, equipment cleaning and safe handling of chemical. Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Sc. Chemistry / Diploma in Chemical Engineering / B.Tech.

- Basic understanding of chemical reactions, unit operations and process parameters.

- Willingness to work in a plant environment and rotational shifts.

- Good understanding of GMP, safety and documentation practices.

- Valuable communication, learning ability and a hands-on approach.

Freshers : Diploma Chemical, B. Sc- Chemistry or B.Tech.
