About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Chemist – Fertilizers & Plant Nutrition to develop and improve water-soluble fertilizers, micronutrients, and bio-stimulant products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop water-soluble NPK, micronutrient, and bio-stimulant products in liquid, powder, and granular forms. Conduct trials for solubility, stability, compatibility, and product performance. Handle lab-to-plant scale-up and support commercial production. Troubleshoot issues such as caking, precipitation, poor solubility, and product quality problems. Coordinate with R&D;, Production, and QA/QC teams. Maintain formulation records, trial reports, and technical documentation.

Requirements

5–10 years of relevant experience in fertilizers, micronutrients, or bio-stimulant products.

Strong practical knowledge of fertilizer formulation and product development.



Good understanding of solubility, compatibility, stability, and troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience in lab trials and plant-scale production. Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with strong hands-on experience in fertilizer formulation and plant nutrition product development will be preferred.

Experience with water-soluble NPK, micronutrients, and bio-stimulants is highly preferred.

Should have practical experience in commercial-scale production and troubleshooting. Candidate should be technically solid, solution-oriented, and capable of independently handling formulation development from lab trials to production.

Experience working with R&D;, Production, and QA/QC teams will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
