We are looking for a skilled and responsible Chef to join our resort team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing quality food, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring smooth daily kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook food according to the resort's menu and quality standards.
- Ensure proper taste, presentation, portion size, and food quality.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Manage daily kitchen operations and coordinate with other kitchen staff.
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
- Maintain proper food storage and minimize food wastage.
- Monitor kitchen stock and inform management when ingredients need to be replenished.
- Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in food preparation.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
- Assist in menu planning and introducing new dishes when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times.
- Work efficiently during busy periods, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management,



Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Chef in a resort, hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality workplace is preferred.
- Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
