Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare high-quality Chinese cuisine dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.

- Manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, cooking, and service during peak hours.

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to achieve team goals and objectives.

- Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience as a Chef or Cook in a similar role (Chinese cuisine).

- Solid understanding of Chinese cuisine techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
