We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

As a Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for your designated section, working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver consistently high-quality food and maintain excellent kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of your section
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Ensure all food preparation is completed efficiently and to specification
- Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, health and safety
- Monitor stock levels and minimise food waste
- Assist with ordering and receiving deliveries where required
- Support and train junior members of the kitchen team
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional working environment
- Work effectively as part of the wider kitchen team during busy service
- Follow company recipes,



portion controls and presentation standards

About You

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, organised and a strong team player
- Passionate about producing high-quality food
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
