Role & responsibilities

1. Chinese Chef Patna

- Location: Patna Airport & Base Kitchen
- Experience: 37 years
- Responsible for preparation and production of Chinese cuisine.
- Should have robust knowledge of Chinese dishes, sauces, noodles, rice, starters, and commercial kitchen operations.
- Experience in Airport F&B;, Restaurant, Hotel, QSR, or Base/Central Kitchen preferred.

2. Commis II – Indian / South Indian – Patna

- Location: Patna
- Experience: 1–3 years
- Assist senior chefs in preparation and production of Indian and South Indian cuisine.
- Knowledge of dosa, idli, sambhar, chutneys, gravies, curries, and other Indian preparations preferred.
- Freshers with relevant culinary/hotel management training may also be considered.

3. Chef de Partie (CDP) – Pizza Square – Delhi

- Location: Delhi
- Experience: 7–10 years
- Lead the assigned kitchen section and ensure smooth food production and service.
- Strong experience in Continental / Italian / QSR / Restaurant kitchen operations preferred.
- Should have hands-on knowledge of pizza dough preparation, sauces, toppings, baking, food quality, and presentation.




- Responsible for team supervision, kitchen hygiene, inventory, portion control, and minimizing food wastage.

Common Responsibilities

- Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Follow standard recipes, SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure proper mise-en-place and timely preparation of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO and proper food storage practices.
- Monitor stock, control wastage, and maintain portion standards.
- Work effectively during peak hours and high-volume operations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and operations team for smooth functioning.

Preferred candidate profile

- Relevant experience in Hotel, Restaurant, QSR, Caf, Airport F&B;, or Commercial Kitchen operations.
- Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn.
- Candidates with relevant cuisine specialization will be preferred.
