Cloud Nine Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the position of Chat Process Executive in Pune. This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for freshers who have good written communication skills and are comfortable working on computers.
The selected candidate will handle customer queries through online chat, provide accurate information, resolve basic customer concerns, and maintain a professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through chat in a skilled and timely manner.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate information or solutions.
- Handle multiple chat conversations while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Follow company processes, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain a polite and professional tone while communicating with customers.
- Achieve assigned quality, productivity, and response-time targets.
- Work effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and internet applications.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to understand and respond to customer queries in English.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented customer-support environment.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on role, skills, selection process, and company policy.
