Role & responsibilities

1. Develop, document, and periodically update SOPs for finance, accounting, taxation, billing, collections, payments, and other key processes.

2. Identify opportunities for process automation and implement technology-driven solutions to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

3. Strengthen internal financial controls by identifying process gaps, risks, and control weaknesses and implementing corrective measures.

4. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure timely closure of books.

5. Analyse financial performance, expenses, margins, and variances and various MIS.

6. Ensure compliance with applicable Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws, and accounting standards.

7. Ensure timely completion of statutory, tax audits and other audits.
