Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during statutory, tax, and internal audits.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for management.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
- Assist in financial analysis, forecasting, and business decision-making.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective financial controls.




- Support management with financial reporting, compliance, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 2–4 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in finance, accounting, taxation, corporate finance, and Manufacturing is required.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
