About the Role

Gourika India Limited is looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to manage financial reporting, compliance, and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle accounting, financial reporting, and MIS
- Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings)
- Manage audits (internal, statutory, and tax audits)
- Prepare and finalize balance sheets and financial statements
- Handle taxation matters and liaise with tax authorities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies

Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) — mandatory
- Minimum [X] years of relevant post-qualification work experience
- Robust knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and corporate compliance
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
