Position: Chartered Accountant – Finance & Banking

Location: Kolkata

Experience: Around 7- 8 years post-qualification; ideally 10–12 years

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified CA with solid hands-on experience in banking, finance and accounting, preferably from a banking background, real estate/construction company, large corporate or established developer. The role will be responsible for managing banking relationships, multiple bank limits and loan facilities, along with finance operations, MIS and audits.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with multiple banks and oversee banking limits, facilities, renewals and documentation.
- Handle loan-related matters, including sanction, renewal, compliance and coordination with banks.
- Monitor fund requirements, cash flows and utilisation of banking facilities.
- Prepare and review MIS, financial reports and management information.
- Oversee accounting, financial controls and finance operations.
- Coordinate external and internal audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations and requirements.
- Ensure timely statutory, banking and financial compliances.
- Coordinate with internal teams, banks,



auditors and external stakeholders to drive closure of critical financial matters.

Ideal Profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with atleast 7-8 years of post-qualification experience, ideally 10–12 years.
- Strong hands-on experience in multiple bank limits, loans, banking relationships, MIS, audit and finance operations.
- Prior experience in banking, real estate/construction or large corporate/developer houses preferred.
- Ex-bankers with strong corporate banking, loan and banking-facility exposure will be preferred.
- Strong execution, coordination and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently manage banking and financial matters and get things closed.
