Financial Reporting & Closing :

Drive timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement closures

Review general ledgers, accruals, prepayments, provisions, and fixed asset schedules

Ensure strict compliance with Ind AS / IFRS and local statutory reporting regulations

MIS & FP&A; :

Build and publish monthly executive MIS decks (P&L; variance analysis, unit economics, cost buckets).

Track working capital, cash flows, and budget-vs-actual variances.

Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasting cycles

Audit & Internal Controls

Lead statutory, tax, and internal audit execution as the primary focal point for auditors

Prepare audit schedules, lead-sheets, and statutory financial statement notes.

Test and strengthen internal financial controls (IFC) to plug leakages and prevent fraud.

Must-Have Skills :

Technical: Deep understanding of Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, and direct/indirect taxation.

Data/Software: Advanced Excel (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros/Power Query) and hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or Tally/NetSuite)

Analytical: Variance commentary, root-cause cost analysis, and financial modeling
