Position: Chartered Accountant (CA) (Freshers May Apply)

Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

Reporting To: Finance Head / Director

CTC: 9-10 LPA

Job Summary The Chartered Accountant will manage accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, ERPNext operations, MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis while supporting smooth financial operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and prepare financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, TCS, and statutory compliances.
- Manage accounting and reporting through ERPNext.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and financial analysis.
- Monitor inventory costing, cash flow, and working capital.
- Coordinate audits and strengthen internal financial controls.
- Work closely with Sales, Purchase, Production, Stores, and HR teams.

Qualifications

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).




- Minimum 1* to 2 years* of experience.

Skills Required

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Accounting Standards.
- Experience with ERPNext (preferred) and MS Excel.
- Understanding of manufacturing costing and inventory accounting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Timely financial closing and statutory compliance.
- Accurate MIS reporting and ERP data.
- Effective cash flow and cost control.
- Successful completion of internal and statutory audits.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
