Manager Billing & Payout

Location- Worli Mumbai

Qualification-Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience upto 3-5 Years of relevant experience in Banking, Financial Services, NBFCs, Audit, Finance Control, Vendor Governance, or Channel Management.

Role Purpose To lead the governance framework for DSA onboarding, billing, staff incentive payouts, audit, compliance, and financial controls, ensuring accuracy, transparency, regulatory adherence, and operational excellence across the partner and channel ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

DSA Governance & Onboarding

- Oversee end-to-end DSA empanelment, due diligence, onboarding, and contract governance.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, outsourcing guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor DSA lifecycle management, renewals, performance reviews, and de-empanelment activities.

Billing & Payout Management

- Manage DSA billing validation, payout approvals, and staff incentive payout processes.
- Ensure accurate payout calculations, reconciliations, and timely disbursements.
- Monitor billing exceptions, disputes, recoveries, and payment controls.

Audit, Risk & Compliance

- Establish and strengthen Maker-Checker-Verifier (MCV) controls and governance mechanisms.
- Lead internal audits, compliance reviews, RCSA assessments, and regulatory inspections.
- Drive timely closure of audit observations and risk mitigation action plans.
- Identify control gaps, fraud risks, and process vulnerabilities, and implement corrective actions.

Financial Controls & Governance





- Ensure robust financial controls over payout and billing processes.
- Review reconciliations, exception reports, and Management dashboards.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

- Partner with Business, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Act as the central point of contact for governance, payout, billing, and compliance-related matters.
