Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and analytical finance professional to support business performance, financial planning, monthly accounting, MIS reporting, and risk management. The candidate will work closely with different departments to improve profitability and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Budget Financial Performance
- Support the achievement of budgeted targets, EBITDA, cash generation, and ROCE.
- Monitor working capital and support cost-reduction initiatives.
- Assist in achieving planned financial performance.
- Business Partnering
- Review job costing, profitability, PL, and expenses.
- Support business teams in day-to-day financial activities.
- Prepare monthly performance forecasts.
- Monitor business performance and provide regular feedback.
- Accounts Closing MIS
- Ensure timely billing and monthly accounts closure.
- Review general ledger (GL) for accurate accounting.
- Coordinate with departments for timely accounting and MIS preparation.
- Reconcile MIS with books of accounts.
- Perform regular ledger verification and cleanup.
- Business Support Analysis
- Prepare monthly MIS, LOB, and BRM reports.




- Conduct variance analysis against the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Analyse business performance and suggest corrective actions.
- Monitor working capital and capital employed.
- Risk Management
- Review job profitability and identify financial risks.
- Ensure commercial clauses are properly covered in agreements and contracts.
- Report financial and commercial exceptions on time.
