Role Description:

The Channel Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers to drive sales of HydroNest Indias water treatment products. Day-to-day activities include identifying new channel opportunities, negotiating agreements, executing sales plans, and monitoring performance against targets. The role involves regular communication with partners, coordinating product training, addressing customer and partner inquiries, and ensuring a high level of service throughout the sales cycle.

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align channel strategies with overall business objectives and provide market feedback to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Channel Sales and Channel Partners management skills, with experience in building and maintaining productive partner networks.
- Robust Sales capabilities, including lead generation,



pipeline management, and closing deals in a B2B or distribution-driven environment.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Customer Service skills focused on responsiveness, problem-solving, and relationship maintenance.
- Proven experience in channel or distribution sales, preferably in water treatment, industrial products, or related sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and travel within the region as required.
- Proficiency in basic CRM tools, sales reporting, and Microsoft Office or similar productivity software.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented and collaborative mindset.
