Channel Sales Executive Identify, onboard, and manage Channel Partners, brokers,and real estate consultants.

Build and maintain solid relationships with ChannelPartners to maximize business opportunities.

Generate sales leads and property bookings through theChannel Partner network. Conduct project presentations, site visits, and productbriefings for Channel Partners. Organize CP meets, promotional activities, andengagement programs. Coordinate with Channel Partners regarding inventoryavailability, pricing, offers, and payment plans.

Ensure timely follow-up on leads generated throughChannel Partners. Support Channel Partners in closing sales and achievingmutual business goals

. Track sales performance and maintain accurate records ofCP-generated leads and bookings.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and channelsales opportunities.

Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, CRM,



andfinance teams for smooth transaction processing.

Ensure timely processing of Channel Partner commissionsand documentation.

Requirements Excellent networking and business development abilities. Knowledge of real estate sales processes and markettrends. Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRMsoftware.Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing,Commerce, or related fieldExperience Criteria Fresher - 2 Years of Experience. Experience in residential, commercial, and industrial realestate sales.

Pay: ₹13,797.29 - ₹55,891.60 per month
