Position - Channel Producer
Location - Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily news bulletins and programmes.
- Coordinate with reporters, anchors, video editors and the newsroom team.
- Identify, prioritize and develop important news stories.
- Manage the overall flow and timing of news bulletins.
- Coordinate breaking news and live coverage.
- Ensure accuracy, quality and timely delivery of news content.
- Work closely with the editorial team to maintain professional news standards.
Requirements
- Experience in a TV news channel/newsroom environment.
- Strong knowledge of Odisha's current affairs and news landscape.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good editorial judgment and robust news sense.
- Candidates with relevant newsroom/production experience will be preferred.
