We are hiring an experienced Channel Partner Manager to lead and grow our partner ecosystem. This role will focus on strengthening relationships with our strategic technology partners, global system integrators, and channel networks to drive revenue growth and expansion.
The role requires working closely with our leadership team in Pune, while also managing alliances across multiple global hubs. It demands strong face-to-face engagement with partners and frequent travel, both within India and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with leading technology partners such as Azure, GCP, AWS, Oracle, and Databricks.
- Align closely with the leadership team on partner strategy and execution.
- Manage alliances across North America with Azure or GCP (Preferred).
- Represent Parkar at annual global partner events and key industry conferences.
- Develop joint business plans with partners, including revenue goals and go-to-market initiatives.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners and track performance against agreed metrics.
- Provide partners with ongoing enablement, training, and sales support.
- Act as a single point of escalation for partner-related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Hands on experience of managing and growing relationships with leading technology partners such as Microsoft and GCP.
- Minimum 7+ years of total experience and 2+ Years of relevant experience in channel sales, alliances, or partner management.
- Robust track record of managing technology partnerships and global alliances.
- Experience working with large cloud providers (Preferable is GCP or Azure).
