Manage builder penetration in the home loan market and strengthen developer engagement
- Track and monitor individual projects for timely progress and business growth
- Ensure adherence to project approval TATs and monitor exceptions
- Perform project approval analysis to support informed business decisions
- Run and support business drives to achieve defined sales objectives
- Collaborate with Regional Business Development Heads and unitlevel channels to ensure seamless execution
Preferred candidate profile
- 5+ years in any banking product team
- Robust analytical orientation with proven experience in data interpretation
- Ability to apply databacked insights to business decisions
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Comfort in multiteam coordination and fastpaced environments
