ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Change and Communications Senior Specialist to join our Change Management and Communications Center of Expertise (CoE) at Grey Chain AI (this engagement is with BCG). This role supports internal product portfolios focused on delivering a contemporary digital workforce experience to employees. You will bring hands-on change management expertise and work closely with agile product delivery teams to shape how employees work, make decisions, and adopt new digital products — partnering with other change managers and specialists across the CoE to build and share best practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Execute change strategies and approaches for digital products, focused on driving and embedding the key behaviors that drive adoption.
- Own core change management activities, including:
- Conducting stakeholder assessments and developing engagement plans to address and mitigate risks.
- Conducting change impact assessments, identifying risks to delivery/adoption, and creating practical, actionable mitigation activities.
- Developing and delivering strategic, user-framed communication plans.
- Writing, reviewing, and sending user-framed communications and content.
- Developing training and enablement approaches and content.
- Tracking change management and behavioral KPIs and metrics.
- Engage with agile squads to understand product roadmaps.
- Proactively identify and clearly articulate upcoming change and behaviors needed to support the roadmaps.
- Manage stakeholder expectations while working across multiple workstreams simultaneously.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, designers, and vendors to facilitate change activities.
- Support the integration of behavioral science principles into change management strategies.

MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

- 4–6 years of experience in a change management role (consulting and/or project management-based experience is a significant plus).
- Experience operating within an agile operating model, preferred.
- Exposure to behavioral science or related disciplines, with genuine interest in developing this expertise further.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English (writing, reading, speaking).
- University degree with demonstrated high academic achievement, preferred.
- Experience or passion for structuring and solving complex, ambiguous problems.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, CCMP) is a plus.

- The ability to lead and independently execute a workstream.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
